1. Needs analysis

We begin the design process with a thorough needs analysis.

We discuss budget, functions, tastes and preferences, as well as interests, emotions, passions, and lifestyle. We want to get to know you as well as possible to propose the best solutions. To facilitate this process, we have prepared a questionnaire containing a series of questions that help organize this information.

2. Inventory

Next, we proceed with the site survey of the investment.

In other words, we take measurements of the existing state along with photographic documentation, if of course this is possible.

3. Functional layout

The aim of the next stage is to create a strong foundation for further work, namely the functional layout of the interior - defining ergonomics and the relationship between individual rooms and equipment elements.

We create 2-3 functional concepts of space tailored to the Investor, striving to achieve the best functional layout for the given space.

4. Moodboard

Based on the information and inspiration gathered from you, we prepare concepts of color schemes, materials, furniture, accessories, and inspirations for each room

to convey to you, in visual form, the mood and stylistic concept of the interior that we want to achieve together.

5. Selection of materials and equipment

Next, we jointly select finishing materials, creating a sample board, also known as a physical moodboard illustrating the ambiance of the designed interior.

Based on the material samples, you can determine whether a given texture/color suits you or, most importantly, you can identify what you definitely don't like. This stage can also be combined with a discussion about your preferences.

6. 3D visualizations

Then a 3D project is created, resulting in visualizations, which is the most pleasing to the eye.

We strive to ensure that the visualizations do not differ from the final effect we want to achieve when realizing the interior in reality. While creating them, we select specific materials and products, keeping in mind the budget set at the beginning.

7. Technical documentation

The final result of the process is the executive project, which is a complete documentation for contractors, based on which the project can become a reality.

It consists of, among others, technical drawings, floor plans, cross-sections, and a list containing all finishing and material elements along with their prices and quantities. The list also includes estimated costs of works, as well as individually designed elements based on quotes from trusted contractors.

Optionally, author's supervision is also possible, during which we oversee the project implementation. Its scope is a matter of individual arrangements - from on-site consultations to taking over the entire coordination of works, ending with a "turnkey" delivery (option available with a familiar construction team).

FAQ
When to contact an interior designer?

As soon as possible! At an early stage of the house construction project or developer property construction, we are able to develop the most effective proposals for functional layouts. This allows us to properly design water, sewage, and electrical points, which can lead to savings in finishing or renovation costs. We assist our clients at every stage of realizing your future or current home.

What is needed for a valuation?

Send us a message including the area to be designed, a floor plan with marked rooms for arrangement, type of property (apartment, house, office, commercial space, etc.), a few photos showing the current state, the start date of works or investment handover, information about the property condition (developer's finish, for renovation, under construction or in plans), and a short brief with notes about the project or valuation. If you don't have all of the above - no worries, we'll work with the information you provide :) What will you receive in the return email? Our project quote, approximate start date of work, detailed description of individual stages and project components, and information about payment schedule.

What does the complete technical documentation include?

The list is quite long, and the documentation itself can have even several dozen pages! We strive to make it as clear and understandable as possible for you and the contractors. Complete technical documentation includes, among others:

  • demolition/new partition walls layout project,
  • electrical installation project (guidelines for electrician),
  • lighting project,
  • plumbing and central heating project,
  • wall painting and wall coverings project,
  • flooring project,
  • suspended ceilings project,
  • tile layout project,
  • elevations of designed walls with color and material selection,
  • custom-made furniture project, along with pricing prepared by the carpentry company we collaborate with.
What is the waiting time for the project?

The duration of the project primarily depends on your decision-making process. Depending on the size, a comprehensive design for a 50 m² apartment takes approximately 2-3 months, while a conceptual design takes about 1-2 months.

Is it possible to have an online project?

Sure. We work remotely and can handle projects regardless of location. However, if you have the opportunity, we invite you for coffee and a brainstorming session :)

Do you work with contractors?

Yes, we have reputable companies in the fields of construction and finishing, electrical work, carpentry, stonemasonry, doors, and flooring with whom we collaborate. We can provide supervision in the Podkarpacie region.

Can I make changes to the design?

Yes, two rounds of changes are included at each stage of the work. For additional revisions, we will ask for an extra fee based on individual agreements.

Is author supervision possible?

Yes, author's supervision is also possible, during which we oversee the implementation of the project and control the renovation and construction work. The scope of this supervision is a matter of individual agreement – from on-site consultations to taking over the entire coordination of the work, concluding with a "turnkey" delivery (this option is possible with the construction team we collaborate with).

Do you design individual rooms?

Sure! If you need help with the arrangement of a single room – a child's room, bathroom, kitchen, or office – write to us or give us a call.

Collaboration on the apartment project was at the highest level. Excellent communication and attentive listening to the client resulted in a project that required virtually no changes. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the office. I recommend it 100%, and I am sure we will collaborate again in the future :)
